How do I register?

How do I place an order?

Submit your order using the Excel form provided, then WhatsApp us the payment receipt for confirmation.

How do I confirm payment?

After a bank transfer, WhatsApp your receipt to us for quick verification.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is covered by the agent. If stock is delayed, Flabee will bear the shipping for the next shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delayed items will be delivered in the next shipment.

What if I receive damaged products?

You may return products in original condition with a receipt. Notify customer service within 24 hours, provide photos/videos, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
