How to View My Ultrasound Image and Video?
All images and videos will be sent via Flabee Care mobile app within 5 working days. You will receive an email and push notification from us once our sonographer uploaded your ultrasound image and video.

In the event your video is still not being displayed after 24 hours of uploading, kindly contact [email protected] and share with us your phone model.
My appointment was booked by another person's account (e.g. spouse/ husband/ relative/ friends), how can I view the ultrasound image and video on Flabee Care app?
There are two solutions:
(1) Appointment Booked by Spouse/ Husband
You may download the Flabee Care mobile app and login using your spouse/ husband’s email and password. Our mobile app support concurrent login.
(2) Appointment Booked by Other Third Party (e.g. Friends/ Relatives)
You may request them to transfer the account to you by updating their contact details to your contact details.

In the event you have went ahead and accidentally registered a new account and hit the “Duplicate Mobile Number” or “Duplicate Email Address” error message, contact [email protected] and we will assist you to delete the new account.

How to Book Repeat Scan?
You can book a repeat scan in advance and enjoy a discount with the voucher provided. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log In
- Open the BeBee Care web app or mobile app.
- Enter your User ID and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Select Appointment
- Go to the main menu and select Appointment.
Step 3: Book a New Appointment
- Click the Book Appointment button.
Step 4: Select Location
- Enter the same Sonobee branch where you previously had your scan.
Step 5: Choose Service & Date
- Select the same scan type as your previous scan.
- Choose a suitable date
Step 6: Select Available Time Slot
- Pick an available appointment time that suits you.
Step 7: Fill in Your Details
- Enter your Full Name and Identification Number, then click Continue.
Step 8: Apply Discount Voucher
- Click Use Voucher and enter your promo code here to get the repeat scan price.
Step 9: Pay Deposit
- Make a payment of 30% of the repeat scan price to confirm your booking.
Step 10: Pay Balance at the Branch
- Settle the remaining payment when you arrive at the branch for your scan session.
Important Notes:
✔ The voucher can only be used for the same scan type and at the same branch as your previous scan.
✔ You can book in advance to secure a suitable time slot.
Once all steps are completed, simply visit the same branch on your selected date and enjoy a special discount for your repeat scan!
